Hi,
If your game freezes when loading (upon hitting the ‘Return’ key to enter into the menu), just be patient and wait. My loading animation (the spinning circle) froze for around 1-2 minutes and then the game loaded into the main menu fine and works fine now.
I quit it the first time because I thought the whole game froze

I’m having the same issue, but it happens in the main menu. It freezes but I can move my mouse

This is a known issue.
You are indeed correct. I had been force closing it every time it got stuck. Decided to have a bit of patience this time around and it let me in.
Also can’t seem to find the pinned article snickerdoodle is referring to. I only see the one talking about,
“We are working to track down an issue where players are not loading into a match at the beginning of matchmaking. Should this issue happen to you please take the time and fill out the following information.”
Which this isn’t the same thing. This is prior to even loading into the game. This is at the Title screen before you even see The menu options.

Interesting. I didn’t make the thread because it wasn’t a known issue though. I made it so people don’t close their games when they could wait and get playing.
