Yup same thing happened to me.
That happens when you already unlocked all permanent REQs from this pack (skins, emblem, armor).
At least that’s what happend to me when I bought my fourth HCS Pack.

That is the biggest downgrade in req points to valued reqs in the shortest amount of time ever, I’m sorry that you lost so many req points.
I can’t believe I wasted 80k on that when the pack came out

Obviously if you had all HCS items you wouldn’t buy it, right?
They used to give rp back and include legendary boosts. Hope this dilution trend does not continue. I have developed a patience with the limited time req packs, to the point, I no longer bother with them. I skipped the helmet pack too, as these will eventually be added to the req pool.
