I agree. I also think the engagement last night on the forums from bs angel answering questions was fantastic community engagement, and I think now that launch is starting to settle down we’ll start seeing more of it (after the holidays, that is).

I think we’ll see more of that in the new year post launch and holidays. And she isn’t failing to keep us in the loop - in fact, she updates us every week with a bulletin.

I think she fails at reaching out to the community and is just plain terrible at her job. As for 343, they should just pack it in and call it a day as far as taking control of the Halo franchise because I think they really -Yoinked!- up. So as for both, they can eat -Yoink- and die for all i care, but hey, thats just MY opinion.

That’s funny cause I remember people on Bnet complaining about the same crap and they were silent until the time was right.

I’m not surprised she’s having a break until January - the general feeling I’ve got on these forums of late has been nothing but complaining and it’s spoiling it a lot.
I remember when the forums were not used very much and everyone used to be civil - there were mature discussions and not all of these complaint threads all the time demanding compensation for lack of codes etc.
To be honest If I were to give a grade to 343 right now, it would be a 65 (grade D)

I’m sure BS Angels is doing a fine job with the bulletins, twitter, activation codes etc. etc.
But still, I really wish she or someone else would give more feedback to the community… Kinda like it used to be with the Bungieforums
