For anyone struggling with this repeated error message when trying to download the tech preview on Xbox One X:
I was able to get past this by completely restarting my Xbox. Make sure you unplug it for a few seconds once its turned off to ensure that its completely off.

yes resetting or hard resetting the xbox was known last night to fix the problem thanks for ur help.
