We all had the experience… Someone showing us this cool new game called halo or somehow before the internet was widely available hearing whispers of a console shooter, not knowing we were enlisted into a family. To say I feel through the years the bonds and experiences rushing back from a warm fond time of adolescence is an understatement. It has been and honor to hone my skills against such cunning foe. Sometimes reigning supreme, other times, falling crushed under the sheer might of other Spartans and their teamwork. I could go on and on about how I am so grateful to have experienced this all with you but I will leave you with only this…. When I kill you my Tbags are warm and welcoming to all. If you might dare attempt to retaliation I hope you return the favor.

But in all seriousness, it’s good to be here and good to return to the Halo community after my many adventures in the FPS community (100+ hours on CoD MW, 400+ hours on CS:GO, etc). I’ve always been a big fan of the “be skilled but be chill” mentality. If you aren’t good enough to have a deep conversation about the meaning of life while utterly destroying 3 people at once, are you really that good? At least, that’s what we do on Counter-Strike: have full-fledged conversations while annihilating the enemy team. I don’t mean before or after I mean like as I’m coming around the corner and quick-scoping some dude I’m in the middle of saying “and then when I returned with the glass of water she wanted she was on my bed with her clothes off”. Lmao, you get the idea.
It will be an honor to fight alongside or against all of my fellow spartans once again. When I was about 10 I joined Xbox Live on 360 with the name TTITAN214 and started grinding Halo 3 for what would be the best years of my childhood. I’m hoping we can all embrace our own nostalgia when Infinite releases and keep being the passionate gaming community we are.
Flights are a go, so let’s give our best! Let’s crush each other without mercy so we can all rise from the ashes in this new generation of spartans!
