Pretty old, it was released around two months ago.
Though I doubt it needs explaining, that is a re-rendered and slightly tweaked version in Forza. Meaning obviously it will look different in the Halo engine, but also there were some additions that Forza could do with renderings since they are a racing game that you will not see in Halo 4.
That said, I think it is a great deal changed and for the better. I am curious to see how John gets UNSC vehicles outside of those which are sitting in the back of his busted up ride.

No, that makes your first comment right, since Hydrogen is very flammable when mixed with oxygen (aka the most common element in human breathable air)
I just now noticed the red oil cans/barrels on the back. Perhaps you’ll be able to shoot them to explode the warthog?
