I got this achievement and my xbox “activity” shows it as unlocked.
My waypoint service record, however, still states my maximum “completion” is on Normal level.
How do I update this?
I’m probably not going to get around to completing it on Legendary so please don’t say “just finish on leg”
I had this problem on bungie.net I found that playing noble actual and lone wolf level actually matter as to whether or not you see your progress on the site, it may be the same here.
If that does not work then I would simply say leave it for a few hours and come back, the server may just be slightly behind.

I would say that you didn’t either play the first or very last short mission. Otherwise, I could not tell you. You might just have to do it again.
Just like what SidiousRevenge said, but only Noble Actual counts towards your Campaign Completion.
