Flood update?

I am friends with quite a few of the bigger main forgers/custom-gamers and for the last few days we have been testing out some new maps to maybe go into flood and yes, a new game-type!

I’m sure most of you dislike the current flood game-type (or at least you should) so seeing a new game-type made by the community for the community would be really cool.

The game-type has not been fully confirmed yet, but these forgers/Custom-gamers are in contact with Bravo so from what I’ve heard if Bravo approves the new maps/game-types the flood playlist will hopefully be really awesome again.

I have no idea when this update will come out though so don’t expect it to be any time soon.

If you want to look at what the game-type should roughly be like (and if it gets approved into matchmaking) I will put the game-type on my file-share so you can check my service record to see all the specifics. The game-type is currently called ‘Community Flood’

One thing I can tell you though is NO THRUSTER PACK yes!

Infection was my favourite gametype in 3 and Reach but I’ve hardly played Flood in 4 as I don’t enjoy as much.

New gametypes might renew my interest in it.

Also, getting our individual spartan colours in it would be great too!

I actually really like Flood, but they should bring classic infection back and we can have both

Are the flood still going to have mini shields? With the magnums new reticle, it would be too easy to kill floods without shields. (maybe 2 shot shields or 3 shot shields.)
