Just wondering if people still play flood in Halo 4?

I might play start playing it again when halo 4 goes backwards compatible.

I used to play it a ton. Then they added the Hivemind and the Last Stand variants, which are available to pick literally every game. Now, instead of having multiple map choices for regular Flood, you get one choice, and then a choice for the other two variants each. It’s really ruined the game for me, because I dislike Hivemind and I dislike Last Stand even more. The maps are full of lag every time for both those variants and it doesn’t make it much fun to play. And yet for some reason, every time I’m in a Flood lobby everyone votes for the other variants rather than regular Flood. I miss the days where I could choose to play Flood on Complex, Haven, or Adrift. Now I’m lucky if I even see any of those three for the vote.

I still play on occasion but not nearly as frequently as I used to.

My only problem with Hivemind is the map where you’re able to camp inside of a rock. It’s near impossible to defeat a spartan once he’s in there, and it is impossible to get out once you’re in there.
