I think the flood gametype is amazing but I think it would be cooler if that when you infect someone with an assassination they turn infected on the spot and join you in battle. Ex./Visual.: Lets say your the Flood and you came up behind a survivor. and you decided to assassinate him. When the Flood assassinate the survivor they stab through the lower spine and jab there left hand in the chest. As soon as the left hand makes contact to the chest the survivor being assassinated rapidly mutates to the flood on the spot. So instead of having 1 of the infected/Flood coming at a group of people now you have 2 of them coming at the group. This would make the people think about more out comes/possibilities about surviving as long as possible and making it easier for the infected players making this gametype more diverse and fun for me. I know this is my opinion and most likely some to most might disagree with me, but I want a challenge not just some person gets assassinated behind me and I turn to kill and see one. Its the Flood and this will make some things more life like through the flood infections
I hope people like this Idea even though only some people like my Ideas.
The idea’s cool… but… they’re not making changes to the game anymore. Like, I don’t mean to be a killjoy, but you know how discs have to be burned so they can be put into the cases in stores? That’s happening right now, not big game changes.
I get what you guys say. I just enjoy challenges, and I know the game is nearly complete, or currently being mass produced, but It’s just my idea I think it will make the infections more realistic for the gametype because just being dead after first hit with the flood killing just leaves your dead body uninfected and just lying there. Besides it’s up to 343 most likely they can make a DLC for this and it can be free because it can be just one simple assassination. I just put this down because it will add more of the flood like infections through the mutations.
Including as much as negative comments crush some Ideas. I take them and try to mold my ideas to something better, but then again it’s all up for 343.

Well lets say you agree, but you want a little change or you agree and you want it to change a lot. They poll isn’t pointless it’s just makes it more diverse so when someone chose what they want they don’t have to type: I agree, but you need to change it a little or I disagree, and you have to change it a lot. The small change in each poll selecting does the talking for people and if they want they can post what they should change. It just saves time.

Actually it’s not as simple as just adding it. 343 would have to make a new animation, then any extra effects like slime/blood/goop. Then they would have to code the Spartans to switch to the Flood forms in-game. Then if they released it as DLC it would be pointless to do it alone, chances are Microsoft would turn around and demand that the Maps be made a part of the DLC which would mean Achievements. Which would mean paying for it.
It’s a good idea and I’ll admit I’ve thought of this myself and how cool it would look, but in the actual game it’d slow down gameplay and frustrate a lot of people. Why do the animation just to get killed. In infection most players tend to stick together so in reality it might end up being a pointless animation that is rarely used.

There is no in-between when it comes to agreeing. You either agree, or you don’t.

Good point you have there. I didn’t think about that. My mind was to clouded with my Idea and how awesome it looks because I don’t just think of it and put it down. My head still visualize it even though I try not to it just stays there for a while and then I forget about it. An not all DLC will have to be bought. Just look at Trials Orgin of Pain. That is a DLC and when I looked into the DLC. I didn’t see a price.

For Halo 4? Yes…yes it will.
Halo is one of the Xbox’ flagship titles. All DLC will cost money. I’ve never even heard of this game you’re talking about. Regardless, Microsoft wouldn’t release DLC for Halo 4 and not charge for it.

Nevermind my last quote I just looked up Orgin of Pain and now they made it cost 400 MSP well maybe they can add the new animation to some map pack so it becomes like it. The game was Trials Evolution (it’s fun) but when I first checked the DLC it said free and now it costs 400. So yea if 343 decides to make a map pack called Infestation pack or Food
pack (theses are random names no need to criticize) and it contain 3 maybe 4 new maps that are Flood like and they can add the animation to that or something, but I’ll end this conversation with this one statement: “Your correct I under thought about everything and I should double check some stuff to be up to date with info.”
