So my brother, happy meal503, has seen many EXTREME glitches in flood! For one, he started with a DMR and humans were counted as enemies, and when he killed them, it said flood kill! And twice, he saw people with assault rifles running around trying to kill him! And when he killed them, it said KILL. Not flood kill OR betrayal. Just kill. And just this morning, he had got a game at haven, and he was the flood. But it sucked because ALL THE HUMANS WERE FLYING WITH INCINERATION CANNONS!!! These are things that need to be fixed!!! (He also encountered a glitch in slayer where his suppresser was invisible except for bullets and the orange parts)
These are known issues. Im sure they will be fixed on the first TU. Flood should be taken out anyway. What a pointless playlist, non-skillful, and boring as hell.

i would say that reach infection took little skill( i still enjoyed it)in halo 4 the flood can actually do well. you wont necessarily get -10 kill spread. you may say that using a shotgun takes no skill but when a flood is hurtling towards you at like 90mph you might struggle.
still atm the game is bugged as complex map has annoying glitch allowing players to be in a certain wall. =/
This is a JIP bug, not hackers. I know this because it has happened to me before (I spawned with an AR). Just another reason to get rid of JIP. I think its rediculous when you these people it acts as a betrayal and gives them the option to boot you wether you are flood ot human at the time.
