cause of some Weapons with extra usability against Infected Enemies will there be a Firefight Mode including the Flood ?
Or why are there these new weapons ?

Hate to be a Pessimistic Patty, but… it’s very unlikely, probably nothing more than a pipe dream, that 343i will add an entirely new enemy type. Remember, that takes, like, you know, hard work. And lots of time.
Let’s keep our fingers crossed for Halo 6, though. The more enemy diversity, the better.
It would be really cool to see Flood in Firefight, though like GosplNewGenesis said, prolly won’t happen this go round. It would be super fun if they just showed up and started infecting enemies on the current battlefield.
I think it would be great to have flood as a firefight enemy type (it would really give off a zombie apocalypse vibe). As someone mentioned above, the likelihood of it happening in Halo 5 is very low. It would be a welcome addition in the games following however.

Why new ?
the Flood is in Halo since the first Game so i think they should have some code lines ready 
i really hope there will come something “new” all these updates are just adons except the Firefight this is new and thanks a lot for it.
Should the Flood return, prepare for WZFF Containment.
Severed limbs will be everywhere.
That would be awesome! But not probable. 
I doubt 343 will bring the flood back in halo 5, halo 6 most likely but not halo 5.
I’d be very surprised if they did.

Wouldn’t mind but I doubt 343 would do that. They’ve been pretty quiet about the Flood. The “Something’s Happened” storyline for Halo Tales of Slipspace was a decent reintroduction of them since we haven’t seen them in a while (even though the storyline wasn’t post-war) so just cross your fingers for the next title.
It’s not child friendly and we can’t have that can we?
I would really like to see the flood return, and it’s very likely. There are a lot of hints pointing towards it. But right now, its up in the clouds, we have almost no way of knowing for sure what will happen in Halo’s future story.
Although, it is fun to mess around with the idea… In the shower… Alone… I need help
