Welcome to my new post here i wanna see if you want the flood in HALO6, the unsc visited only two rings maybe there´s another one that contain this enemy. I say this beacouse if you watch the legendary ending its obvious Cortana want to activate that halo or do something with it.

…and besides, the Flood hasn’t been seen in any form of Halo media after the events of Halo 3, excluding the Flood simulation in Halo 4.
I personally would like the flood to return, imagine, the created, UNSC, banished and flood all fighting one another.
I think they’ll be back if the H5 legendary ending is any indication. Plus the Flood is so important in Halo and we haven’t seen them in a looong time. Hoping the Flood and Banished will be Halo 6’s focus.
Possibly a smaller role at first but quickly get more dangerous wiping out a couple planets within a few days forcing enemies to stop their wars and fight the flood as everyone knows how dangerous the flood can be, maybe 343 guility spark will release them from a ring to try get revenge on Chief for stopping the ring from firing or believes they need to come back to distract Cortana so humanity can take her out and claim the mantle.

Beacouse the real cortana is died. Its corrupted data of cortana. I mean is the bad personality of cortana. The Didact´s ship was launched to the slipspace and then the ai was recomposed with the bad personality of cortana. So the rampancy was cured but its have the personality of the end of Halo4

That Flood outbreak happened in 2537, six years after the events of the original Halo Wars.
I have an idea: I want in halo 6 custom flood items like the walls in the level “Cortana” in HALO 3. Think it,it can be great!!

Personally, I’ve not really enjoyed the flood. Yes they were a big part of Halo, but to bring them back in Halo 6 would be kind of over kill.
If 343 make them look and sound like the H4 Flood, then they can stay gone.
It would be cool to see the Flood at some point. Though I would rather see 343 work on improving the Prometheans to make them more fun and interesting to fight before adding yet another enemy into the campaign.
I would enjoy the Flood if they returned. ESPECIALLY if they are like what they were in Halo 2 Anniversary. They looked amazing.
