Okay so I think a lot of people want invasion with at least playable elites in that mode for Infinite, but what if there was also a flood variant
I suppose this is assuming flood make a return in Halo Infinite, but lets assume they will. What if there was covenant vs spartans invasion and flood vs spartans invasion. You would play similar character models to how they looked in halo 4, maybe allow use of weapons?? Even crazier: add some ai mini flood to work with the flood team. The humans have to escape an infected map and reach an escape pelican or something.
This would obviously need some balancing, but I think it would be a really cool way to bring the flood into multiplayer and build on the way that Halo 4 tried to do it.
Thoughts on this? I know it is kind of a wild idea.
