I got to thinking of something. What caused our spartans to get infected? Maybe a tale to be told in one of the seasons in spartan ops should be in mind?

It’s just a simulation.
Wells its in War Games, and everything in War Games is actually a combat simultion aboard the Infinity, so infected spartans doesent mean its actually possible outside of simulation.
