when halo infinite is in final stages will the flights or some sort of community help be giving feedback in a beta phase?

Yes, when Infinite was announced they mentioned that it would would go through the Insider Program - something similar to how MCC was done. There’s no further info about that right now, but I imagine we may get more details on it next year sometime

It will take some time for us to be ready to kick those flighting events off, but when we do they will start small and grow along the way.

That’s part of the reason for the flights. They’ll probably use the flights to let people try out and see what is good/bad and then closer to launch have a beta to server test and hype up the game.
