I was apart of Flight 1 for the MCC on PC and completed the survey to go along with it. I was wondering if the email was sent out for Flight 2 because ai have yet to receive mine and would like to contribute to finding bugs and other problems with the game.

Being in one flight doesn’t guarantee you’ll get into subsequent flights, unfortunately—it all comes down to meeting their particular criteria, and luck.
As above OP flight 2 emails have been sent out, it happened over the weekend. In addition to the above please make sure that you are opted in to receive communication updates in your Insider profile, if you have that turned off then you won’t receive any invites: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/halo-insider/profile
I would also make sure to check your junk / spam mail in case it dropped in there
