Does 343 consider forum rank as a factor for inviting people for flighting? I know you have a higher chance if you have participated in previous flights.
Forum rank is just to show how much you have posted here with certain exceptions. Everybody has an equal chance of receiving an invite.

I don’t think forum rank will factor in – Last I heard the main criteria were your hardware and availability to play
No, forum rank will have nothing to do with your selection for Insider program builds
