Yes, you needed to have signed up by the 13th of this month to take part this weekend. You may be able to join in to the BTB flight the following weekend if you are fully registered and opted in. Check tis video to make sure you’re ready: https://youtu.be/6Njcd0mKmog
You needed to have registered as a Halo Insider before the 13th of the month, I believe.
