They haven’t been sent out yet. They will announce ahead of time when invites will be sent

Flight Invites work exactly as they do with MCC.
You’ll receive download instructions and such the moment the flight goes live on the 24th.
Xbox Insider Hub and Waypoint won’t show anything until then.
You may receive a email a day or two before to confirm you’re in but that’s just that - a notice that you’ve been selected.
