Hey Guys , I got an email yesterday saying That i was accepted for the flight. It says the flight would start today and That i would receive another email to Tell me how i can Download it . But i havent heared anything since. Wasnt the flight supposed to Start today ?

Same, not hopeful, disappointed as I’ve been signed up since the beginning of flights.
It is a technical test and will start once it is ready on their end. A lot of moving parts for this.

I’m confused as to where I’ll get the invite. My waypoint account is my XBL Outlook account, but somehow I got the email saying I was accepted to my Gmail. I’m not sure if I should actually be expecting a code or not…

You sure you arent logged in through your outlook on here?

I am logged into my outlook on here. However, my insider email is my gmail.
The download instructions and any further information which has been promised in the email you received will be sent in another email (and message on here) when the test begins. When this will be is currently unknown - from what I’ve read in other threads there is an issue with their dedicated servers that requires them to put quite a bit of time into solving it.
Furthermore for those of us not living in the USA it might not start until tomorrow at all - The staff working on this are located there. They can only do anything at all during their working hours which means it will likely be late at night or early in the morning for people in Europe or further east.
To sum it up - they ran into a snag. They’re fixing that snag. They hope it’s ready to go then but naturally no promises can be made with a project like this. Things can go wrong. It’s good they find and fix as many of them as possible before starting the test and the amount of time they need for that is not in their control.
As long as I’m not alone in this I feel better. Frustrating that this is happening.
If they gonna start so late they better not end the flight in the morning of the final day

No the beta will be through Steam when it comes to the PC.

They are working on some big problems they found shortly before launch. When they have ironed out those issues and rebuild the Test version they will release it to us. But from the sounds of it there were some pretty big problems that we were all fortunate they found before launch. This happens with Testing and development.
