Any info on if we’ll have a flashlight like most other halo’s? At least in campaign but it would’ve been awesome in MM too.
Where would you map it on the controller? Everything’s pretty much taken.
I heard glow sticks or a strobe light to match the wub wub
i doubt its in there. but i always thought it’d be cool to have a multiplayer map that was like in a downed ship or something and its pitch black w/ tight corridors and you need to use your flashlight.
w/ halo 4 's better lighting it could be really fun. muzzle flashes lighting up the dark. limited flashlight battery screwing w/ you.
play flood mode on that map omg!!! but alas it was just a dream
Who needs armour abilities when you have, A FLASHLIGHT?!?

On the directional pad, right is used to change grenades on most setups so maybe left?

So very BF3 /jk

I believe both left and right are used for grenades, down is for the mic, and I think up is used for something but I may be totally wrong

They changed that. It was like that for E3, but now only RIGHT is used for grenades or something like that. Or UP, I think, because LEF, RIGHT, and DOWN are reserved for Ordinance Drops.
Hopefully not. I never understood how they could spend billions of dollars on these ridiculously high-tech power suits and all they can do for night-vision is basically duct tape a flashlight on the side of the suits helmets. Give him some sort of VISR mode, for crying out loud.
I never used it even when we had it… benefits of an LCD tv I suppose, everything is bright.
think they replaced it in campaign with chief’s PV VISR mode

Last time I saw, Up on the DPad is free.
I frequently forget that in Reach Campaign and Firefight, we have night vision. I’m hoping that returns to Halo 4, but with Promethean Vision being so visorally similar, I’m not sure.
