If you’re asking about the Red Legendary flames - they won’t become free as they were part of the Reach Legendary edition. If you’re talking about the Blue Flames, then they are no longer available for anyone to get and haven’t been for quite a few years now

You can get them if a kind soul was to do a license transfer. However, I won’t be that person.

Blue is nearly impossible to get without a license transfer. If you want red, go buy a legendary edition of Reach.

Licence transferring is against Xbox ToS (unless the person transferring is giving up their licence), so I really wouldn’t recommend going down that route

you cannot get eternal with license transfer the flames are linked to your bnet account
