I’ve seen this twice today, both red flames. Am I right in thinking these are either 343 employees or players who bought some special edition of the game?
Never seen it but in past games Bungie employees had flaming heads so its possible that 343 employees have flaming armor

When you use a damage boost that effect happens
Recruit Charred has flames on the armor, it’s not an actual effect though.

Having reviewed footage I think it may have been damage boost plus some lighting that’s fooled my eyes.

I hate how the damage boost makes a player so damn red, 8 have honestly played a few games now where i let a blue player go by thinging he was on my team.
I should have known better than thinking anyone in 343 actually plays this game.

I have seen flaming heads playing destiny. Now I know what that is all about. Had no idea those are employees… I think that’s great and hope Halo employees are gaming it up in warzone
It is the damage boost. And yeah it makes you too red. Had teammates shoot at me, because they thought I was on the red team.

Lol, I have had teammates shoot at me, while on blue with the damage boost. Because they think I am on the red team. I just turn around and look are them like what are you doing? Fool!
343i employees are distinguished by their 343 emblems that only they have.

I bet even they have to unlock them first.
I’ve played against a few of them randomly in Warzone, notated by the emblems they had. We were hoping to get something when we beat them, but didn’t end up with anything. Oh well.
