Is there any possible way to give blue flames to the people that didnt get them?
Pretty sure this is the wrong forum for this question. But I am pretty sure you are S.O.L. The blue flames were a Bungie deal, and even they said that if you missed out on them when Bungie was running things, you missed out on them forever. 343 could give them to everyone, but I have a feeling it won’t happen.

You are right on all counts. Eternal flames are gone. Noone can get them anymore.
