I got this from youtuber “wsir” and I use it a lot. Even if I don’t necessarily rush for a base kill I often use something similar to this. I just want to read people’s opinions of it. The guide was made before her nerfs. And what do you guys think of Flamehogs as a units overall?
i would go
supply pad
generator
upgrade generator
2nd generator
then build mini 3 remaining pads.
if all your doing is getting tech 2 no units then your current supply matters not

Flamehogs sent bad but they come too life when they’ve been upgraded and are in a large force. Couple that with Kinsano’s leader powers such as redline and you’ve got a nasty combo. I just can’t wait to see people moan that you’ve posted a rush strategy.
It seems fine, but better hope your faster than them without units. I run cutter and by the time you get flame hogs I’ll have 8-10 Cyclopes and upgraded rocket marines maybe some gales and that gg.
This isn’t really a rush; it used T2 units. That puts you outside of the 3-5 minute timeframe, unless you all-in, at which point an actual rush will annihilate you due to lack of defense.
Yeah, I certainly have been pushed by infantry rushes before getting the hogs out. But it can be surprising how much damage a couple flamehogs can do to infantry. This build usually give so much supply though, that one can afford turrets without hurting the hogs’ build time.
Flamehogs are about as good as gauss now so this build doesn’t work and I would never recommend quick tech 2 EVER. Because you give up the power nodes which are the most important things to get early game.(They will secure you the win)
I have used flame hogs after patch and I think they are unusable because I tested it in a game and I almost lost because flame hogs weren’t able to kill the army of hunters like they used to. I had to hold him off until I got tanks out to win.
Hogs were nerfed in the dirt. They shoot way to slow with the gernade volley upgrade. I’d suggest the same build order but going air and taking the hog drop power. Don’t build the hogs. But build one garage to upgrade them. Use only supplies in tech 2 and save for tech 3 to get upgrade. Last building should always be a generator. You can build a supply but delete it and get a generator eventually. Or be sure you capture power nodes.
Pretty easy strategy to counter if you see it coming, Cyclops/Hunters or air will wreck them.
