So let me get this straight… the flagnum is just the magnum right? or is it stronger/weaker?
Okay whatever, how does everyone feel about the magnum/flagnum thus far? I know not many of us have tried it but how does it feel? is it comparable to the DMR with a much smaller clip and a weaker scope/no scope at all? I certainly hope so actually… yeah its a sidearm but it has been fairly useless in the past, the plasma pistol and bolt shot seem to have their little bells and whistles but I wanna stay UNSC, I hope the magnum has something going for it that’ll make me wanna have it and not the bolt shot.

Uh, Flagnum is a gametype, the new CTF to be specific.
I think the Magnum will function mostly like Halo: Reach, but it takes one shot more to kill now and I think the spread/bloom is a bit reduced. It’s a great sidearm to finish of people or even kill at its own in close range.

It actually is stronger. They specifically said it was 20% stronger than the normal Magnum.

so the flagnum is comparable to the DMR? I can’t imagine why people are upset about this then… other then the jugglers
