I heard a friend say that you could throw the flag like a javelin and get sick kills.
Well it’s definitely not in the PAX build, and i’m certain wont be in the full game.

Yup. But that still doesn’t mean it wouldn’t make a cool feature. During a last-stand, where each opponent has low shields, the flag-wielder could throw the flag like a spear as a final attempt to kill his/her opponent. It would make for some pretty sick kills!
Only time you can use the flag like a javelin is while assassinating someone with it.

I doubt you can do that, but it would be pretty cool, acting like a Greek Peltast without the shield.
