I don’t mind Flag Juggling, been doing it since CE, but in Infinite I swear it’s no faster than just sprinting with the flag and you’re more likely to mess it up like I’ve seen way too many do. Sidenote, why do people juggle the Oddball? You ain’t gotta get anywhere fast.
Personally I prefer to walk the flag and stealth cap it anyway.
I used to sprint the flag but after switching to sprint + jump + juggling I can say it is a faster method of moving the flag. Although you are right there are times that you can mess up and run past the flag.
Idk why they juggle the oddball. It adds nothing other than not scoring points.

I prefer stealth caps (although I will say, camo has seemingly stopped working for that??), but I prefer sprint to sprint juggling. I only drop it if I’m preparing to fight, which is often with the teams I get
Edit: that’s not true. Sometimes I juggle. But it’s risky

Definitely faster if you throw in jumps and other techniques.
You move WAY faster if you juggle so if you are trying to escape an area quickly with the ball (like to get out of sight of guns) juggling helps you get to where you want to get, quickly

See, whenever I see people juggling the ball they aren’t being attacked or anything, just moving. It stops points so I think it’s a bad idea.

They could also be trying to get somewhere fast to post up so they can defend better when they get attacked. But hey, I can’t speak for all players, only give some reasons why they might bail juggle
Juggling the ball is good for moving it long distances in shorter time, especially if you’re being pushed and your team is doing their usual thing of ignoring the objective. Plus, as you don’t get 1-hit kill with it (for some stupid reason) it’s more effective to switch from ball to your AR and engage that way. You don’t score points but you’re at least at an even playing field.
They seriously need to change the ball to 1hk. You’re already crippled in movement speed and now you can’t output any damage up close.

I hate that they added the alert to the enemy for sprinting with Flag to the full game; you’re already vulnerable enough, having to run the damn thing. Now I have to sprint-jump the thing, like the damn Easter Bunny. It’s ridiculous.
Agreed; you can’t use equipment while carrying objectives by default, nor can you A.I. scan. 343i make such stupid choices for the defaults of the game-types
and the mechanics, imo. They need to stop listening to their beloved HCS tryhards so damn much…
