I read just the first paragraph to realize how toxic the post is.
But from what I read:
There’s no such thing as a Locust rush.
If locust get at your base and you think your turrets can take them out I highly advice that you build a Sensor Tower or a Watchtower in the far corner away from the most obvious spot so that your turrets can out range the locusts.
Sorry for saying but you may should read the patch notes for the next update.

What you are crying about is actually in those notes if you read them.
