I just finished a warzone assault match in under 3 minutes. THREE (trust me I counted). So in the hopes that 343 actually goes through these forums I’m going to give you some ideas to help prevent this from happening again.
- Time barriers
when a team captures a base have there be a set amount of time before the attackers can move forward (ex: battlefield: rush). It seems that by the time I can even catch my breath they’re already on the next base and no one knew what happened.
2.Increase the amount of time it takes to capture
It shouldn’t take only 30 seconds because by the time we’re ready to launch a counter attack they already took the base.
i just hope 343 actually looks through these forums.
It’s actually less than 30 seconds now, like 24 or 26 I believe… They reduced the time it takes to capture because it was too easy to defend.
They reduced it from 20 to 16 seconds.
This kind of game does happen you know.
But not always, 16 - 17 minutes games do also happen.

In Assault?
You’d need to capture at 30 seconds left everytime…not saying it isn’t possible…but that’s a rare thing.

Rare but still possible 
Or just defend well the two first bases but get captured at the last minute and fully protect the generator.

All I play is Assault so I do understand what your saying. The spawns are really bad at times. So I agree with you here. Sending a someone waaay back is terrible gameplay balance, just awful. I realize the defenders still hve couple chances but…sigh. It only serves to aggravate a player not create hope that you can make it back in time to make a difference.
I’ve never counted how long a base can be taken over but it “feels” like it’s too fast. Anyhoo…to counter your/our argument lets remember theres abunch of new players right now. Playing with them is like that box of chocolates Forest Gumps mom talked about where you never know what your gonna get. So that right there “could be” why that game went really fast. Plus the fact that people don’t communicate are just climbing a mountain. That right there can shorten or lenghten the game. Anyone who uses a mic will uderstand it’s importance in calling out enemies.
I think Warzone Assault is fine the way it is currently
