Fixing Infinity Drops.

So I was thinking, as a mostly Infinity gametype player, that the Infinity drop system should be “smarter”. First off, though it has nothing to do with the system really, I think a drop should take 15 to 30% longer to get, just because it gets kind of ridiculous when the other team has 2 or 3 guys with snipers or shotguns. Make people work a little bit more, and maybe tweak the weapon spawning on the map if it gets too dull. What would be really nice though, is a system that provides counters to what has been killing you and your team.
Basically, weapons and vehicles should be classified and matched with “neutralizers”. For example, your team is getting mowed down by a Warthog. Every time you or a teammate is splattered, or killed by the turret, the Infinite Drop System increases the probability that the next player who earns a drop on your team will have a rocket launcher or splaser included in the choices. I think the categories should look something like this:

Killed by: Warthog, Scorpion, Wraith, Ghost - Neutralized by Rocket Launchers and Spartan Laser.

Killed by: Banshee - Neutralized by Spartan Laser, Sniper Rifles

Killed by: Sniper Rifles - Neutralized by Sniper Rifles, small chance of getting Binary Rife

Killed by: Shotguns, Sword, Hammer - Neutralized by Shotguns, Needler, SAW

More common general drops: SAW, Needler, Grenades, Railgun, Sticky Detonator, Concussion Rifle

There’s probably other categories too, but I think these are the big ones. The system should also either completely or partially reset the probabilities after a neutralizer drops. Also, the “neutralizer” weapon should be tracked so that it has less of a chance of triggering a neutralizer for the other team, ie: Teams alternating Sniper Rifle drops continuously. Other than the neutralizers, drops should be weighted more to the weaker general drops. The really strong weapons should be rarer drops. This smart drop system, I think, would really improve Infinity gametypes and be much more balanced than the current one.
