Who do I go to when I have blatantly glitched achievements?

Pigs Can Fly
In Majestic DLC matchmaking, kill 3 enemies while they are using Jet Packs.
Ashes to Ashes
In Castle DLC matchmaking, disintegrate 6 enemies using Forerunner weapons.

Both of these achievements are completely glitched for me. Don’t worry, I’ve tested this VERY thoroughly and I should absolutely have them. It was on the right maps. I used a binary rifle, so that’s out. I used pulse grenades, that’s out. Yes they were actually boosting upwards. They’re glitched. There’s absolutely no arguing that point. What can I possibly do? Restarting my console didn’t work either.

Many achievements are not unlocking i think its a problem with the game itself.

I had the same problem did this and it fixed it

Someone else mentioned that but I didn’t believe it. I’ll try that.

Either way it isn’t working. I tried deleting my profile and it still didn’t work. I even cleared my cache just in case.

I am not able to get the Repeat Survivor Achievement. I have done what the achievement asks up to 5 times in one match. I don’t know if I am doing something wrong or if it is glitched.

Are you doing it in one life?

Yep, by 5 I meant 5 sets of 3 in each life. Ive been doing the mongoose trick.
