[FIXED] Nightfall/Halo Channel Emblem Not Working

So, I bought Halo: MCC back somewhere near May, 2016 as a disc. Not knowing the game was supposed to come with a code for Nightfall (in which this case it didn’t), I happily played the game until it was time to buy Halo 5. After finding out Nightfall gave a special kind of armor from the Halo Channel, I figured out the missing code, and just decided to buy the Nightfall series on an account license shared with my main account. With that being said, I first had the issue to where everytime I try to watch Nightfall, it would pop up with, “Buy Nightfall”. Whenever I pressed it to see what was going to happen, it’d search “Marketplace” in the Xbox Store, coming up with no results. I also noticed that when trying to unlock the Halo Channel emblem via watching videos on Halo Channel, no matter how many, nor which videos I watched, it would never be given to me. This has been happening for a while now, and have tried reinstalling, resetting, etc., with no solution. I only decided to take this further recently, as I was tired of not having what I had bought.

Any solutions?

Licenses for digital series like Nightfall are tied to one gamertag, so which ever gamertag you purchased it on that’s the one you’ll be able to watch it on. You would need to purchase another license for any other gamertag you have. The Nightfall armor itself is available in the General REQ pool now so you can always try and open it via a Gold pack. I believe the Halo Channel emblem promotion ended last year, that emblem should be in the REQ pool as well now

Ah, well that sucks. But is there anywhere I can consult 343i about the missing code? I’d really hate to spend money on something I’ve already paid for.
