343 doesn’t manage the servers. Well yes and no. It’s hard to differentiate, but it’s Xbox Live’s services that are mostly responsible for the servers not 343. Like earlier’s DDOS incident, it wasn’t 343’s fault. Another factor could be your internet connection or your NAT type. Lots of factors could be responsible for your -Yoink- server connections. Most of them, if not any, aren’t 343’s fault
The servers are fine, its either your connection or xbox live itself.
