I have disconnection from halo wars server, hand when I playing not ranked, I don’t care if I was disconnected, but I still have this problem, and every time I lose 50% of xp…
So please, just don’t downgrade players cause of disconnection, I think they don’t turn off their router for ranked game… Or just stabilize your game before impose this kind of punishment. I mean, I think I losed near 2/3 levels with that bug.
Obviously, I still connected on Xbox Live, but disconnected from halo wars servers.

I can confirm this bug where connection to Halo Wars 2 servers are lost while still connected to Xbox live but I can’t confirm the loss of XP from the non ranked lvl.

True! Honestly this is the worst, most unfair feature in any game I’ve played…

Yeah, for non ranked, you don’t have your xp, and on ranked, you get hardly downgradding, each time I lose 50% of my lvl.
