Why is it logging me out every few hours!? Haven’t you people ever heard of browser cookies? It used to keep me logged in. Xbox.com always keeps me logged in with the same account. Yet, you people can’t even get cookies to work over here. I leave my service record open on a tab, and every time I refresh now it -Yoinks!- at me to log in AGAIN. Fix this garbage.
No need for an attitude. I understand your frustration as I too am slightly annoyed by the fact I have to re-login multiple times but there are other ways to get your point across than, “fix this garbage.” I don’t think the WaypointWeb team or anyone for that matter would react well to a comment like that.
To address your original post, this isn’t an issue with cookies to my knowledge, I believe Microsoft changed their ToS and then Waypoint updated this website to have you logged out every time you either close your browser or past 4 hours.

Holy hell. What kind of people does 343 employ!? No wonder Halo 4 got ruined so bad compared to previous games. You guys can’t even program a standard website with standard features without breaking it horribly. WTF is the point of using an obscene amount of security on something so simple? It’s ridiculous not to support standard browser cookies in 2013. Xbox.com still remembers me. How could you possibly require more security than they do!? Please fire whoever came up with this. It’s not user friendly, and it’s not necessary.
