I spawned to my death 3 times on this map, i dont know what happend but it was an instant suicide
The DMR breaks Settler.
No it wasnt a spawn kill by people it said suicide when i spawned and i died again
that is just a bad map all togather. take it out is what i say.

I know what you mean, my last game on there I was re-spawned inside red base (i was blue) and there were three reds there to promptly get a quick kill on me.

the hill on one side is stupid, whichever team controls it basicly dominates the map and controls it, it renders the rest of the map pretty useless other than to people who camp in the limited areas.

FACT: The DMR does not break any map, just forces players to make more concious decisions.

FACT: the range of the DMR breaks every big map and players are forced to make concious decisions due to be instantly gunned down

Thats what happend to me, the only thing i can think happend is that when the map creator was forging it he accidently dropped one of the spawner things into the ocean and forgot to delete it
Indeed. I tend to get suicides instead of deaths from a player.

I’m a DMR user. I so love that map. 
I haven’t actually spawned to my death on that map other than being spawn killed. It is a really bad map, though. It’s so open that it’s easy to spawn kill, and everybody just camps on that one ridge. It’s not fun at all, but everyone votes for it for some reason.
Happened to me too; got jip’d into a game where the enemy team was destroying us off of spawn and after my first death I ended up spawning all the way down in the river on the right side of the canyon and it counted as a suicide. Then I died from DMRs, spawned in the water again, and quit the game.
Yeah, there’s a spawn that’s under water on that map, it’s rather annoying to die several times in a match due to it…
I spawned underwater last night & the spot was already littered with guns.
This didn’t happen before the recent map update.
