This gun has a different aim curve than all the other guns idc if people shred with it it’s inconsistent at best. It needs to be reworked it inconsistent random bloom mess of a gun that’s your starting weapon it’s utterly terrible compared to the rest of the sand box…
people only shred with it because they spam the trigger with its ROF but it’s a coin toss every time you use it because it’s random bloom garbage spread and the aim curve is different than everything else….
It’s not good as a starting weapon at all yea it can clean up kills but I shouldn’t only be able to use to clean up kills it should be reliable instead of inconsistent every other battle…

Fire fast until the enemy shields burst, then stop shooting until the bloom resets (watch the crosshair), then headshot. Pace your shots depending on the targets distance.

That’s stupid this is halo I shouldn’t have to pace my shots make it more reliable like the magnum in H5 or the anniversary reach magnum. Pacing your shots is not halo… this isn’t a realistic shooter. Pacing your shots gets you killed to everything else in the sand box it’s unreliable and random. Idk what makes 343 think bloom is good it was hated by a majority in reach at one point….

The sidekick isn’t a magnum, it doesn’t have to be a magnum and it shouldn’t work like a magnum. I never said to always pace your shots, I said to do it depending on the enemies range. You aren’t going to pace your shots when the enemy is right in front of you, are you? Spam at close-mid range, and pace when they are further away (think rockets/cindershot spawn to stronghold a on streets). The sidekick is one of the best weapons in this game, you just gotta use it right.

It’s bloom. Just remove it completely.
CE, H2, H3 are great options if you still haven’t gotten over the introduction of bloom after over a decade. I play them all regularly.

Currently playing them right now because they’re objectively superior games with a higher player count. Not an argument by the way. Go buy some more cosmetics.

Honestly the only bad thing about this gun is the Bloom, you just have to be mindful when using it
