Please fix the servers. Up until shortly after the January update the servers were fine but now I can’t get into a game without rubber banding everywhere and enemies rubber banding everywhere. The game is unplayable. It’s always been about being a better shot than your opponent but you can’t be accurate when you and your enemy keep teleporting at random. No the issue isn’t where I live and no the issue isn’t my internet. The servers were working fine before but now I can’t even get into a match without a ridiculous amount of lag. The January update has done more harm than good what with bringing up everybody’s hopes and smashing them and now this lag BS for someone who’s in North America as opposed to the other end of the world.
I really hope it’s addressed in the feb. update.
I’m having the exact same issues. It’s getting to the point where I don’t even want to play the game anymore because I know it’s going to be a laggy mess the entire time. Up until the most recent server update it was working perfectly.
At this point Goldeneye 007 for the N64 has smoother online play than Halo 5. And while 343 is at making the servers not suck maybe they can make dedicated servers(that don’t suck) for places other than North America and have region selection be a thing so that people who don’t live in North America can play something other than the campaign smoothly.

I’d like it if it was addressed before then. The update should’ve improved the game, not make it worse.
