Who cares. If anyone wants to get a pc they will get one. Stop insulting others because they play on console. There’s no game that makes me want to get a PC, but if someone does then great.

It doesn’t piss anyone off, it’s just annoying. you want to change the game because you keep getting stomped. That’s loke me going to a Counter Strike forum and advocating to change the game in favour of controller players. Doesn’t make sense.

No, that argument went out the window the day 343 made it crossplay and brought it to the pc. Infinite itself was never console first. Infinite has always been designed with both pc and console in mind. Furthermore how come cod and even bf 2042 (as crappy as that game turned out) can get a really consistent parody between the input devices leaving both controller and m&kb users happy? Your argument boils down to you saying “halo was always console and I don’t want both inputs being close I want my controller better because halo is console” which again as I previously stated was never true of infinite.
Well. Separated playlists are the only fair option.

No. Halo is a console first experience. They brought the game to PC to expand the market, but it’s a console shooter first and always will be.
Like one of the guys above me said, PC players were just never good at Halo. 343 even gave them a hand out and toned down the aim assist on controller, which is the worst in the entire series, yet pc players keep getting stomped and want to remove it altogether.
And no. I play COD on my series X. PC players have a huge advantage over controllers, as they all do with twitch shooters.

I don’t disagree. I would be perfectly fine with input separated player pools. Let controllers play against controllers and vise versa. If 343 can’t accomplish something even the incompetent Activision accomplished then it’s the only viable option.
The statistics don’t agree with you. And as you said to me “then maybe you just suck at cod”

Well now you’re changing it entirely. First it was Halo was the only thing to play, then it was there was stuff to play but PC systems had more games, now it’s that you can play games on your PC that also have console versions. Next you’re going to say that any game on console is bad because a mouse and keyboard is the “true” way to play a game.

It’s because of the time to kill. You can melt someone in Battlefield or Call of Duty easily to where it doesn’t matter what you’re using for you input device. So long as you get the first shots off to hit them you are almost always going to get a kill. For Halo, if you start shooting you could get outplayed easily, get third partied, or have the person run away because of how long it takes to kill someone with a non-power weapon
