343 you need to fix the halo 4 servers they have been down as of 11//06/17 it is now 11/07/17 fix them if you aren’t going to fix them let me know so I can contact Xbox Live and file a complaint. Also not having a customer service number to get a hold of you shows how broken 343 industries is and it also shows you know nothing about businesses I can call every buisness but you your halo 4 servers are down and no one can contact you and let you know that’s a problem and it should be corrected before you get a lawsuit on your hands I am a big halo fan also people have been complaining how you removed the elite out of halo you should fix it and you should know by now the customer is always right. I have talked to every one I know which is over 200 people they are upset about not being a elite. Also you guys need to start listening to people you guys don’t always respond which is a problem since you don’t have a phone number for customer service you need a member on here 24/7 I am sorry for being right but this isn’t about you 343 it’s about the people who play games you need to start thinking about the people’s thoughts and feelings I know that’s a hard concept for you but a lot of people have complained to me so now I am letting you know fix the problem I didn’t pay for Xbox Live to have a game that can’t play 100% because you don’t have a customer service number or any real way to contact you so before I file a complaint and a lawsuit fix the servers or you will be rembersing me I am in a halo 4 competition I can’t play when the servers are down
