Seriously, for something emulating the Mark V (b) helmet the visor looks like it has bumps on it. Just smooth the visor out. Honestly what are the artists thinking…
I like the armour set, except the helmet. It looks terrible. They seem to get the helmets of original armour (Mark IV, Mark V alpha) to look weird. Same with security, it’s missing the bottom half of the helmet.
Of course 343 will just go with their BS excuse is artistic liberty.

I actually think it looks fine from most angles, the bumps aren’t as noticeable as they are in the promo pic. A darker colored visor will help though.
Who ever remade Mark 5 alpha and decimator(based of mark 5 b) seriously needs to practice more at modeling.

the modeler would to be the one to talk to, its the concept artist mainly.
Later learns they made Helljumper and Noble.
I think they should remove the faces from defender and war master too, and any others I haven’t thought of. No 343, it doesn’t look better. It looks stupid.

I can tell you one thing; they were thinking “this isn’t Mark V (B)”, because, it isn’t. It’s DECIMATOR, which was actually based off of the Mark VII aesthetic design in use by Naomi-010, not Mark V (B). It’s GOING to have differences, since it’s not the same armor, but essentially the successor to the successor. I can get the part of not liking the design, but it’s not supposed to be a Mark V (B) clone, or a Mark VII clone.

I don’t understand people’s need to defend a game developer. The guy doesnt like visor bumps. People told him to stop “complaining” and wait for a popular armor he wants. Why?
