It feels like I’m playing the same 3 maps… please pull all maps in circulation, and some forge maps… I have about 18 days played, I know when I’m playing the same 3 maps… its getting boring… make it mandatory to have dlc to play multiplayer.
COD once you buy dlc its put into circulation 10X faster than they do in this game. I never see the new maps from the last dlc release… get it together its not hard… I’ll quit halo and stick with cod… halo reach was garbage I only play this because bo2 sucked…
Forcing people to have DLC in order to play matchmaking is a terrible idea. I never bought Crimson or Castle DLC. I bought Majestic for the fact it had brilliant reviews, offered small arena like maps but also was bags of fun when I played it at a friends. Castle was another good pack and Perdition was a brilliant map. However the other two maps I didn’t really enjoy and are fit better for 5v5/6v6. Then we have Crimson which really sucked. The maps played terrible, Were BTB maps which at the time is not what people wanted and looked ugly. In order to play SWAT/any other smaller 2v2-4v4 playlist I should not have to waste my money on Crimson DLC which wouldn’t work in the playlist anyway. Also if you mean certain playlists require certain DLC, why should I buy Crimson if I didn’t really like it.
Majestic is currently in its own playlist suggesting that it will be rotation so if you want map variety you could always play the DLC playlist.
The problem with buying DLC is the fact that everyone in the playlist is required to have it in order for it to come up. This means its slightly easier to find Majestic maps in smaller playlists because there is a better chance of 8 people having it rather than in BTB where 16 must have it. Also not many people bought Crimson and Castle after the original Crimson flop. Majestic however offered classic Halo like maps which also are used in competitive settings making them a must for any competitive player.
