Fix Bumper Jumper!!

Alright I’ll keep this short and sweet.

For those of us that use the bumper Jumper controller scheme, we are unable to use the “hold scope and release” method of aiming, this meaning, we can click the analog in to zoom once-and let go to de-scope.

It can be done in all of the other Halo titles, and I think it may have been overlooked thanks to the original Halo 5 setup (hold and release the left trigger to aim)

All I’m asking is for a fix to this, to allow us to scope and descope with out having to press the analog again, because in particular situations (sniping, swat) it really does take too much time to double click.

Thoughts?

If you were to play 25 games the way bumper jumper is right now, you would get so used to pressing the thumbstick that it really wouldn’t even make a difference

I have been using bumper Jumper ever since I can remember, and the way this is set up is horrendous. It’s a handicap on the controller scheme. And I have clearly played over 25 games, so I don’t know what your point is.

não se trata só disso e sim de mudança radical jogabilidades de halo 5 esta muito boas mas as do halo 4 com opção de scope também era muito bom você escolher a arma que você ia levar para arena ou ate mesmo alidades da armaduras

Use Helljumper, I used bumper jumper until Halo 5 and I transitioned fine.
Only complaint is that the melee button is in a horrible spot.

I didn’t even notice that, but now that you mention it your right. I’ve recently adapted the YY technique and I definitely recommend it. Much better imo.

What’s the YY technique?

It’s where you double tap the Y button so you switch weapons then immediately switch back. It works pretty good as a reset. And sorry OP I was under the impression that you just switched to bumper jumper, guess I shoulda read your post more thoroughly

I actually like it better like it is now.

Why would you like removed features? I don’t think you understood the op entirely

Yeah I am trying hell jumper and it’s pretty good. Takes quite a while to get used to throw8ng grenades with rb and melee with clicking the right stick, nothing the accessories app can’t fix though!
