The patch notes are not any more specific than what they released a few days ago unfortunately.
They mention in the Support sticky that improvements to H2A network performance have been made, but dont list that specific thing in the actual patch notes.
Come on 343! Be more specific!
Remember, clear out your local save game cache and restart after you update. Lets not judge the patch until its been at least a few hours and the population in MM has recovered.

Couldn’t join players from lobby, party chat did not work, there was no countdown timer for voting, uneven teams and then I threw my hands up and said f it, signed off and started playing Advance Warfare on 360 with’n 1.5 mins!!! that game works but I hate CoD…
Oh yea, this update is horrible, getting kicked from games, and games ending early. Not joining players again.
Its only been out for an hour and change with tons of people still updating and getting back in the playlists. Give it some time like i said in the OP. I have no problem with bashing the update if it doesn’t improve what it says it improves but lets give it a little time to saturate the population first… and clear out your local save game cache and fully restart your xbox after you update.
It’s a shame they didn’t get this out over the weekend. Everyone would be home and more people would have already updated. OP is right for sure though. I’d say give it until tomorrow for everyone to get updated and then lets cross our fingers. This update took almost a solid month to get out (not counting Spartan Ops as an “update”). Lets hope the matchmaking issues are resolved so they can focus on fixing hit detection in H2C and H3 and show the campaign some much needed love. If I have the game crash ONE MORE time during a LASO run I’m going to lose my mind!

Did you try any matchmaking at all? Hopefully the next update wont take as long to get out.

I don’t do matchmaking anymore. I’m too old and don’t like to get sweaty with the kids these days.
