Alright 343bots - It is time to wake up and face reality. Your minds have been clouded by CGI marketing hype and stockpiles of Mountain Dew.

Bungie - the creative talent behind Halo left Microsoft Studios after Halo:Reach and they did so for a reason. Bungie wanted to make something new. Microsoft Studios has zero creative talent and anybody working for them has nothing even remotely close to anything called innovative. Microsoft Studios hasn’t made a new IP in-house for over a decade.

Microsoft makes 3 games in-house: Halo, Fable and Forza. This is all they do. Any other games are paid timed exclusives.

The company known as 343 Industries is just a team of nobodies assembled out of necessity to sell games that are Halo in name only. These aren’t real Halo games - they are ultimately disgraces.

Strike One:

Halo 4 was basically a bad copy and paste Call of Duty clone. Ordinance drops and perks were added that completely destroyed the delicate balance of anything even slightly resembling a Halo multiplayer experience. Master Chief also became some weird kind of cyber-predator - falling in love with a computer A.I.

Strike Two:

Halo: the Master Chief Collection was supposed to be a fan service to recapture the fond memories of past Halo games. Instead what it really is - is a complete disaster that remains broken to this day even half a year later. Why - because it was outsourced to like 20 different developers. What kind of company outsources their “flagship” IP? One that doesn’t care as long as the product is made and is completed on time.

Strike Three:

Halo 5 is also copying Call of Duty once again… Do you see a recurring trend? These new Halo games are all marketing and hype designed to drain your wallet and make Microsoft truckloads of money created by a team that has zero passion to create great games. What kind of innovative person wants to join a team specifically formed to create one game only for all time?

If there are any real gamers on this forum cancel your pre-order. The Microsoft Studios Logo is not something you seek out when trying to play a great game. It is something that you should cringe in fear of when you see it load up.

I can’t even get Microsoft’s Poker game to load up without it freezing my console at least 50 percent of the time as well as Skype constantly crashing on me no matter how many times I re-install it.

I’m begging you 343bots - support developers who actually care about their products like CD Project Red. You will only be disappointed in the end if you continue on this fake, dark path.

Ok then…

It is actually supposed to be “Doritos” and Mt. Dew. I don’t really care for Doritos and I try and stay away from soda to be honest.

I am just here to try and help you guys. I only speak the bitter truth. Brutal honesty is the best policy.

Well it seems like you sure have played Halo 4. Is he lying? Or are you dismissing an argument by labeling it as trolling? Or maybe you’re just tired. If you need the electrolytes, then I suggest opening that bag of trash (doritos) and gulp it down with some mountain dew for a burst of energy.

Well your a ray of sunshine aren’t you using a Clickbait title to get your redundant point across, did even play the Halo 5 Beta it felt not much like Call of Duty. It’s an arena experience which focuses on control of power weapons which Call of Duty doesn’t as its a Arcade Shooter not an Arena Shooter. You’ll most likely bring up Sprint I don’t want to beat that dead Horse and Smart Scope which to be honest is just the Zoom function that’s incorporated into all of the weapons within the sandbox, The Campaign in Halo 5 looks to be the most ambitious yet focusing on issues such as the Master Chief’s humanity and conflicting view points of two opposing teams as well as the issue of corruption of the chain of command within the ONI issues which have been barely covered I’m not forcing you to purchase Halo 5 but there is no point bellyaching and wasting peoples time.

I got your location and you will feel the pain while Rtas 'Vadum glass it.

That was rude man.

You’ve mastered being brutal - well more like passive aggressive out the -Yoink-. But you’ve gotta work on what you consider “honest.”

It is trolling because this person is spouting the same uninformed, ignorant, anti-343i/Halo propaganda we’ve all heard before. His post does nothing but insult people working at 343i, and people who enjoy 343i’s games with this smug passive-aggressive attitude, and then saying he’s “helping us”. This post will accomplish nothing other than starting flamewars and propagate hatred, and he knows full well that’s what he’s doing.

You brought up a couple of counter-arguments, but you avoided some of his decent points he made because…what? You generalized his entire post as having zero credibility for having hyperbole and a few other discrepancies, and you threw in a couple of tu quoque fallacies. And you forgot to bold in one of your more ingenious rebuttals.
Perhaps you would like to get the same treatment!

I’m not sure why, but a lot of my comments I bolded are no longer bold, meaning that you assumed I didn’t reply to his points. Thing is, I replied to almost every point he had. And considering Halo CE was released in November 2001, and it’s May 2015, it’s been 13.5+ years. I did not mean in the storyline time frame, but I guess I should have been more specific.

This thread would be at the bottom, and most likely forgotten, if certain posters would stop bumping it for the sake of publicizing their intent to report the OP. Seems like something a toddler would do…anyways; are you satisfied? I may as well reply with this message since it’s already at the top thanks to you.

How can I bump a thread that was already at the top of the page, only a few minutes since the last post?

By replying, it’s a simple concept.
