So I was wondering what is your usual first req weapon you use? I typically use a razors edge first when I hit level three when I don’t feel like using vehicles.
Plasma Caster
Hailstorm is my personal favorite early on. Especially in WZA, people are too distracted to ever see it coming.
Either Whiplash, Open Hand, lawgiver or Hailstorm but depends on the gametype such as regular Warzone or Warzone assault.
Railgun/Whiplash most of the time. Puts a quick stop to Spartans and the low-level vehicles they spawn.

I usually wait for a whiplash or arclight. Love both of them.
The Common Random Weapon; I like to think I could get a good weapon (also I have +50 REQs of those and want to conserve my other REQs).
On a serious note; my “Go to” is Ad Victoriam, Light is Urs, or Incineration Cannon in Firefight. Spitfire or Grenade Launcher when vehicles start spawning on the field early on in the match.
Usually whatever the enemy I just killed had (yes I’m that guy most of the time).
It really depends on the situation I’m in. I never really get anything from the req station unless i need it.
You can try Fury, it’s a good weapon for early game. In all maps except Skirmish at Darkstar you can get lvl 2 at the start of the game.
Carbine.
dropping the carbine from level 4 to 2 was the best change they ever did. And I love that I can get them in bronze packs. Carbines establish map control. Whiplash and advics and bloods win games.

Maybe a carbine on a rare occasion. I usually just do loadouts unless I need something to lock down a particular point (rockets/shotgun)
An explosive weapon.
Carbine or Open Hand Boltshot (better than BRs at level 3, and can take out pesky ghost or warthog drivers).
