Got a chance to play a couple of games in the flight at different times today. I can tell 343 made the bots more difficult from earlier today to later today. I really like how intelligent the bots are, I am impressed and can thing of so many ways they could make big team or even a returned warzone even more interesting. I do notice at the harder diffulty they are too aware of Spartans around them. I would be up away from some battles just standing there watching the bots and once there were no more enemy Spartans in the area they turned right at me to engage, to automatic. I also felt the shields for the playable Spartans were a little weak compared to other halo games. Maybe that’s because with more difficult bots came higher damage from them. But, it felt like I was getting killed just to quickly. Granted the bots in the academy would drop with 4 shots of the battle rifle to the head, which is expected, so not sure why it seems that way to me. I feel the activation of over shields and active came could be a half a second quicker and the swing of the gravity hame could be shorter. Besides those things I have encountered I am pleased with this part of the game. Also, and I know I’m playing on Xbox one s on a regular high-def TV, away from my own home right now. But, I do hope with a proper new console and 4k TV, the game will look much crisper, not to mention its still a beta right now.
Day two of casually playing. I want to know if the red outlines around the enemy are because we are facing bots or are going to be the norm for multi-player. Right now it’s ok, but hate to be pointed out so obviously in real multi-player matches. Also only way I see I get XP towards the battle pass is daily and weekly challenges. I hope what I do in game will also contribute to this, why have bonus xp usable tokens if it only affects when you completed a challenge. At this rate I won’t finish the season 0 pass before this flight is over, unless that’s designed to be the same battle pass for future flights. I will get a much more in depth feel for the true expectation of this flight tomorrow night when I’m back home playing on my series x on a 4k TV.

You really need to have watch the Technical Preview Stream and some of the other ViDocs leading up to the Technical Preview Flight.
The red outline is the new way of showing team colours without changing a players armour. Though the bots were always in the default blue armour.
You could also change these outline colours in accessibility settings.

Streamer with alternate colours: Come Check Out The Halo Infinite Flight Day 2 - Twitch - You will note his enemy outlines are yellow/green-ish.

But can you change yours. I don’t want an outline showing me, I think that’s annoying.
