I think it would be a great addition and a nice nod to the post war characters if, at some point, the aforementioned teams worked together in a mission.
Perhaps alongside The Swords of Sanghelios also just to add to the scale of the conflict. Maybe as things heat up in the universe and the conflict grows darker, the UNSC/ONI’s best sides take the fight to the enemy together.
The mechanics would be simple, a joint operation, Thorne has command over Majestic so the AI works for itself. As Locke, you would only be able to lead Osiris, but you can hear (and observe) Thorne issuing orders to his Spartans (Including in-game Spartan Ray), while also sticking within relative distance to your team. This could make for some epic scale combat.
Fireteam Majestic are an interesting group of people in themselves, the conversation between teams would be of great interest to me. We have followed them for a long time now, so it would be a shame for 343i to not give them a turn in the spotlight.
If the campaign is as long as 343 says it is, I hope we meet a lot of side characters in the Halo universe. So yea meeting up with majestic would be awesome.

Well i’m always excited to get an energy sword and I’ve been playing for almost a decade now.
As for the original question, I don’t have a link but Spartan Madison’s name was spotted on a script (I think it was in the sprint) so the others are probably there too.

Spartan 4s are alright but Spartan 2s is where it’s at.
Fireteam Majestic probably doesn’t even have the clearance to know Osiris exists… Considering they are an ONI black ops team with high grade gear and are hunting down some of the deadliest Spartans in existence… I say leave 'em out, any day without dude bros Hoya and Madsen is a good day.

I definately see where you’re coming from. It was only Madsen and DeMarco who acted like goons, one of them is dead. I certainly don’t want the characters I’ve invested in to be thrown to the wind.

Maybe the ONI brass want to keep Osiris hush hush but the scale of the campaign, they say, is huge. The fate of the galaxy is at stake, so it makes sense to have everyone fighting. UNSC Infinity has been lurking about in the media released, safe to assume we will see other Spartans active in the field. Even if they are IVs
Just a shame there are very few active IIs left in the field…
Thorne’s name was spotted in the Halo 5 Vidoc on the script, so we have to wait for that. Not only that his armor was in the original art concepts for him to be in Osiris a year ago, but the script with his name on it was in a fresh vidoc so…we just wait and see

I feel like Majestic was 343’s attempt at a h3 ODST type squad. Less serious and lighter humor than noble, but just as heroic. That being said if that was their goal they failed miserably. I like 343 but majestic… maybe thorne and only thorne.
